Summary

The role is to provide strategic support and business continuity to current March Client Asset Protection (CAP) clients, proactively pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong reporting and communication links to the March client (UK). Develop strategic relationship linkage with local government, local business and international institutions. Additionally, you will be providing overarching executive support to the client operations manager. The specification of the position will be in (but not limited to) the following areas:

 

1. To provide strategic support and business continuity to current HAP clients

2. Proactively pursue new strategic level business opportunities

3. Develop strategic links with local government, local business and international institutions

4. The overall, proactive executive support to the CAP operations manager in Kosovo. To provide strategic oversight, liaison and quality assurance of the CAP business; maintain the high level of project professional standards

5. Gather strategic information and intelligence to drive operations

6. Liaison with senior level police, judicial and customs officials that may be of benefit to client areas of operation

7. Provide detailed monthly reports to the client

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities Strategic and Operational Management
 

To provide strategic support and business continuity to current CAP clients

-       Conduct regular business meetings with all HAP clients and arrange social interaction with strategic contacts as required

-       Be prepared to present CAP services and products verbally, electronically or via audio-visual presentations

-       Be prepared to offer (and if required delegate to operations manager) solutions to current or potential security failings or react effectively to feedback / information garnered

 

Proactively pursue new strategic level business opportunities.

-       Ability to conduct basic due diligence (operational,    financial) on emerging business opportunities

-       Ability to identify and then follow-up on potential business development leads

 

Provide strategic security liaison with current senior Client Management.

-       Ability to conduct strategic liaison and meetings with all CAP clients and provide added value

-       Effectively market current and emerging CAP service products

 

Develop strategic links with local government, local business and international institutions.

-       Effectively market current and emerging CAP service products

 

The overall, proactive executive support to the CAP operations manager in Kosovo. To provide strategic oversight, liaison and quality assurance of the CAP business; maintain the high level of project professional standards.

-       Effectively support the CAP operation with strategic feedback garnered from clients

-       Ensure high professional standards of the HAP operations by conducting strategic oversight and advice

 

Gather strategic information and intelligence to drive operations.

Liaison with senior level police, judicial and customs officials that may be of benefit to client areas of operation.

-       Proactive liaison and relationship development with key local and / or international enablers

 

Provide detailed monthly reports to the March client(UK).

  New Business Development and Marketing
 

To be aware of potential new business opportunities. 

-       To present all potential new business opportunities, in a timely fashion, for evaluation by March client (UK)

Experience
At least 5 years military experience combined with at least 4 years commercial security experience at a management level
Knowledge and Expertise Knowledge in client liaison, business development and security management with proven success in each area
